Child Development Officer 🌟

We're looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Child Development Officers! 💖 You'll be a key person in a group of children, building awesome relationships with parents and carers to ensure every child's needs are met and their development is supported. 🚀

What you'll be doing:

• Be a go-to person for a group of children, building strong connections and making sure their individual needs are spotted and taken care of. 🫂
• Team up with parents, carers, and other family members to support the child's journey. 🤝
• Keep our Manager in the loop about any concerns regarding children's health, well-being, or equipment safety, while always respecting confidentiality. 🤫
• Inspire and teach children through age-appropriate support and exciting play activities that spark their imagination. ✨
• Champion child safety and understand child protection procedures like the back of your hand. 🛡️
• Jump into team meetings, supervision, and appraisal sessions, contributing your insights. 🗣️
• Commit to your own growth by attending training and taking charge of your personal development. 📚
