About the role

Are you ready to dive into the world of healthcare and make a real impact? 🚀 We're looking for bright minds to join our team as a Pharmacy Technician in Basingstoke!

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Rx Master 👩‍🔬: You'll be the go-to for assembling prescriptions, making sure labels are spot-on, and double-checking that all medications are accurate. Precision is key!
  • Health Guru 💡: You'll chat with patients, offering advice on their health and lifestyle. Think of yourself as their go-to for tips, helping them master inhaler techniques, supporting their medication journey, and providing valuable counseling.
  • Stock Superstar 📦: You'll be in charge of ordering, receiving, and replenishing our stock. Keeping our dispensary running smoothly and handling controlled drugs with the utmost care is part of your mission.
  • Specialist Squad 🌟: Get involved in exciting areas like preparing sterile medicines (hospital aseptic preparation), contributing to clinical trials, supporting mental health services, or helping with medication reviews in primary care.
  • Team Leader Vibes 😎: You'll have the chance to guide and mentor our pharmacy support staff, coordinate training, and know when to bring in the big guns (our pharmacist!) for any tricky clinical questions.

Come be a vital part of our team in Basingstoke! 💪
