About the role

Key Responsibilities & What You'll Be Doing 🤝

• Be the go-to person for a group of kids, building awesome relationships with their parents/carers and making sure every child's unique needs are spotted and totally met. ✨
• Team up with parents, carers, and other family members to support the kids. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
• Keep the manager in the loop about any worries – think health and well-being of kids or parents, or if any equipment seems dodgy. Your lips are sealed when it comes to confidentiality! 🤫
• Engage the children through teaching, offering the right amount of support and super fun, stimulating play. 🧸
• Your top priority: keeping the children safe and knowing exactly what to do in child protection situations. 🛡️
• Jump into team meetings, supervision sessions, and appraisals – your input matters! 🗣️
• Commit to ongoing training and taking charge of your own professional growth. 🌱
