- Handle incoming sales inquiries (phone & email), provide quotes, and seal the deal! 💰
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries within your licensed scope. 📞
- Introduce potential clients to our Financial Advisors. 🌟
- Spot and create opportunities to offer more to new and existing customers. 🎁
- Become a whiz with our General Insurance products. 🤓
- Build awesome relationships with customers and colleagues. 🤗
- Pitch in with general agency tasks when needed. 🛠️
- Process payments and keep our credit control in check. ✅

Key responsibilities
- Support Agent / Senior Agent in respect of Agency Sales
- Handle incoming sales enquiries via telephone and email
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of NFU Mutual General Insurance products
- Develop and sustain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues
- Produce correspondence to required timeframes and quality standards
Entry requirements
GCSE in: (English (grade 4/C or above), Maths (grade 4/C or above), Minimum of 5 subjects including Maths/English (grade 4/C or above))
