Your Mission: Help boost the health and happiness of kids, families, and our community by supporting awesome swim sessions and holiday camps. You'll be working with our incredible Aquarius crew, learning the ropes of planning, delivering, and reviewing fun swim lessons. Plus, get ready for some epic holiday camp adventures! ☀️

What You'll Be Doing:

• Becoming a positive role model and inspiring young people to get active and learn. ✨
• Learning how to plan, deliver, and review engaging swim sessions. 📝
• Supporting our swimming curriculum for schools and running fun parent & toddler classes. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
• Helping out at exciting swimming galas, festivals, and even pool inflatable fun sessions! 🤩
• Providing extra support for children with SEND needs in the pool, making sure everyone feels included. 💖
• Getting hands-on with organizing community and competitive events. 🏆
• Collaborating with amazing partner organizations to spread the love of sport. 🤝
• Supporting our fantastic holiday activity and HAF schemes. 🏕️
• Potentially covering swimming duties – keeping things flowing smoothly!
• Developing your skills in supervising the swim school, working with supervisors to help kids progress and stick with it. 👍
• Using cool technology to boost engagement in sports and swimming. 📱
• Being a key part of our Foundation's ethos and working values, always aiming for high standards. 💯
• Ensuring everyone's safety by following top-notch Health & Safety practices. ✅

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and review fun, inclusive and engaging swimming sessions.
• Support a wide range of swimming and aquatic activities for diverse groups, including those with SEND needs.
• Contribute to the delivery and coordination of active holiday camps and HAF schemes.
• Supervise members of the public, ensuring safety and compliance with health and safety practice.
• Work collaboratively with partner organisations and support the organisation of community events.
