What you'll be doing with our awesome team:
- 📞📱 Chatting with customers via phone, email, and digital platforms to confirm pickups, drop-offs, and equipment needs.
- 🗂️ Accurately logging and managing bookings using our transport management system (TOPS) and other cool business software.
- 🗓️ Using digital scheduling tools to double-check bookings and ensure everything is spot on.
- ✅ Proactively following up with customers and colleagues to grab any missing job details before they're needed.
- 📂 Securely storing and organizing docs with SharePoint and Falcon.
- 💰 Helping to calculate and communicate charges like cancellations and waiting times.
- 💡 Supporting the setup of new customer accounts and making sure all info is dialed in.
- 💬 Handling customer queries and providing updates like a pro.
- 🚨 Monitoring booking info and escalating any issues to the transport planning team.
- 💻 Using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and document management systems like a boss.
- 📦 Assisting with digital filing, scanning, data entry, and general office tasks.
- 📜 Learning and sticking to company policies, data protection, and incident reporting.
- ⚙️ Becoming a wizard with transport and communication tech!

Your Schedule:
