Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
- Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
- Organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift.
- Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, dealing with issues promptly.
- Organise creative events to bring communities closer together.
