Your Apprenticeship Journey:
You'll be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. You'll be in a full-time kitchen role, mentored by experienced chefs, gaining a nationally recognised qualification while helping us create amazing guest experiences and maintain top quality. 💯
What's included in your apprenticeship:
- No need for college! Your training is work-based, with face-to-face sessions and remote check-ins every 6 weeks with your dedicated Coach. You'll also have a workplace mentor. 🎓
- Gain essential English and Maths skills (if you don't have GCSEs or equivalent). 🔢
- Regular reviews every 12 weeks with your Coach and Manager to discuss your progress. 🗓️

Hourly Wage:
- 16-20 year olds: £10.85 per hour
- 21+ year olds: £12.71 per hour

Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas with great attention to detail.
- Set up and closedown the department including stock rotation and prep and par process.
- Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
- Have open communication with the entire team to ensure the delivery of outstanding food and service, promoting a supportive atmosphere where you assist other team members whenever possible.
