Your Apprenticeship Journey:
You'll be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months! This is a full-time role where you'll learn on the job, supervised by experienced chefs, and supported by a dedicated Learner Coach and workplace mentor. You'll even gain Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed! 📚

Age Requirement: Due to the nature of this role, including the independent operation of kitchen equipment and working patterns, applicants must be aged 18 or over. This ensures we can all work safely and meet operational needs.
Your Wage:
- 16-20 year olds: £10.85 per hour
- 21+ year olds: £12.71 per hour

Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas.
- Communicate with the team to ensure the delivery of outstanding food and service.
- Participate in all in-house training and complete assigned learning modules.
- Adhere to brand standards, licencing laws and all company policies and procedures.
