Your Apprenticeship Journey:

• No Boring Lectures: Our apprenticeships are all hands-on, work-based training. You'll have face-to-face sessions and remote calls with your dedicated Learner Coach every 6 weeks, plus an in-house mentor. 📚
• Boost Your Skills: Gain valuable English and Maths skills (Functional Skills) if you need them, with tailored support. ➕➖

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards.
• Support and guide the kitchen team and organise service.
• Deputise for the Kitchen Manager or senior chefs when required.
• Ensure all food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Monitor stock levels, food preparation, and kitchen organisation.
