Key responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers at the trade counter and over the phone
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable product advice and prepare quotations
- Identify opportunities to grow branch sales
- Support colleagues in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch
- Take care of and be responsible for the safety, health and wellbeing of colleagues
