What your apprenticeship includes:
- On-the-Job Masters: No need for college! Our apprenticeships are delivered through hands-on work-based training, featuring a mix of face-to-face sessions and remote Team calls with your Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. You'll also have a dedicated mentor right here in the workplace. π
- Skills for Success: Get support to nail your Functional Skills in English and Maths (if you don't have GCSEs or equivalents yet) with tailored help. π
- Progress Reviews: Regular reviews every 12 weeks with you, your line manager, and your Lifetime Learner Coach, including valuable feedback sessions. π
