As an Apprentice Team Leader, you will:

- Be the conductor of the chaos during a busy shift, making sure everything flows smoothly and efficiently. 💨

What your apprenticeship includes:
- No boring college lectures here! Our apprenticeships are all about hands-on, work-based training. You'll get face-to-face sessions and regular remote team calls with your Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. Plus, you'll have a dedicated mentor at work to guide you. 🧑🏫
- Gain essential Functional Skills in English and Maths, with personalized support if you don't have GCSEs or equivalents. 📚
- Regular reviews every 12 weeks with you, your Line Manager, and your Lifetime Learner Coach, packed with feedback sessions. 📈
