As an Apprentice Kitchen Team Leader, you'll be the culinary captain, ensuring every dish is a masterpiece 💯 and our kitchen runs like a dream. You'll be:

Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards, ensuring every dish is served with pride.
- Support and guide the kitchen team, helping to organise service and maintain high performance during busy shifts.
- Deputise for the Kitchen Manager or senior chefs when required, helping to resolve issues and keep service running smoothly.
- Ensure all food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Monitor stock levels, food preparation, and kitchen organisation to ensure efficient service.
