What you'll be doing:

• Stock Navigator: Help keep our product selection fresh and available by managing displays, checking stock levels ✅, and making sure the right gear is ready at the right time.
• Delivery Dynamo: Process incoming goods 📦, receive deliveries, restock shelves with speed, and help with inventory checks 🔢.
• Data Detective: Monitor sales and stock information 📊, update spreadsheets, and assist in building reports and forecasts for future success.
• Supplier Smoother: Liaise with suppliers and our internal team 🤝 to keep track of orders, deliveries, timelines, and product details.
• Display Artist: Support merchandising efforts, from setting prices and promotions 🏷️ to creating eye-catching in-store displays that draw people in.
• Sales Booster: Help boost sales by championing our loyalty program 🌟 and spotting opportunities to make every customer's experience amazing.
• Team Player: Lend a hand in the school wear department during busy spells and support our printing, embroidery, and engraving services when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand needs, recommend products and maximise sales
• Support product selection through research of trends, demand and sales performance
• Maintain product ranges, displays and stock levels, including processing deliveries
• Monitor sales and stock data, update spreadsheets and assist with reports and forecasts
• Support merchandising activities, including pricing, promotions and creating displays
