What you'll be doing:
- Mail Master/Mistress: You'll be the go-to for all incoming and outgoing mail, making sure everything gets where it needs to be, on time. 📦
- Client Concierge: You'll be the first friendly face (or voice!) our clients see and hear. Greeting everyone with a smile and making them feel welcome is key. 👋
- Call Dynamo: Handling incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency, connecting people to the right places. 📞
- Database Guru: Keeping our important information up-to-date and organized in our databases on a daily basis. 📊
- Meeting Maestro: Ensuring our meeting rooms are booked, set up perfectly, and stocked with everything needed – from breakfast pastries to afternoon snacks! 🥐🧃 You'll be responsible for making sure our meeting spaces are always clean, tidy, and ready to impress. ✨
- Admin Ace: Tackling a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing engagement letters, assisting with onboarding new clients, and handling professional clearance processes. 📄
- Stock Savvy: Keeping an eye on our meeting room supplies, doing inventory checks, and ordering more when needed to keep us fully stocked. 🖊️
- All-Rounder: You'll be ready to jump in and help with any other administrative tasks that pop up, helping us achieve our business goals. 🎯

Key responsibilities
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, meeting daily deadlines as required
- Meeting and greeting clients, both internal and external
- Answering incoming calls throughout the day
- Database management on a daily basis
- Ensuring that meeting rooms are booked and catered for accordingly, and that rooms are clean and tidy
