Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Getting surgeries ready, sterilizing instruments, and keeping everything clean to the highest standards. 🧼
• Supporting clinicians during treatments and keeping patient records up-to-date. ✍️
• Making sure patients feel comfortable and reassured throughout their visit. 😊
• Keeping track of supplies, equipment, and ensuring surgeries are always ready to go. 📦
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-equipped clinical environment. 🏠
• Always respecting patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality. 🤫
• Working seamlessly with dentists and the rest of the team to deliver safe, efficient, and quality care. 🤝

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians.
• Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control to CQC standards.
• Welcome patients, assist with appointment scheduling, and handle basic patient enquiries.
• Assist clinicians during treatments and accurately update patient records in line with GDPR.
• Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and ensure surgery readiness.
