What you'll be doing:
- Installing and setting up a variety of integrated security systems, making sure everything meets customer specs and keeps everyone safe. 👷♂️
- Becoming a pro at service, fault-finding, and maintenance for top-notch security gear like Dahua & Ajax 📹.
- Working with remote monitored CCTV and intruder detection systems, always following health and safety rules. 🚦
- Chatting with customers in a super professional and friendly way, sorting out any questions or concerns they have. 👋
- Teaming up with colleagues to make sure installations are smooth, efficient, and exactly what the client wants. 🤝
- Connecting with our General Manager and Operations team, plus RVRC Operators and RVRC Techs, to smash our service and maintenance goals. 🎯
- Collaborating with the Technical Service team to nail those 'first fix' opportunities and even troubleshoot remotely. 💻
- Keeping our van and unit stock organized – managing, replenishing, and logging everything used. 📦
- Making sure faulty or unused stock gets back to the unit pronto. 🔄
- Hitting and exceeding your daily, weekly, and monthly job targets, and keeping the GM and Ops team in the loop if any challenges pop up. 📈
- Following instructions from the Operations team and General Manager. ✅
- Communicating clearly, both in person and in writing, with everyone – customers and colleagues alike. 🗣️
- Representing Davis Site Security with pride and professionalism everywhere you go. ✨
- Reporting any near misses or accidents to the General Manager. 🚨
