Security Systems Installation & Maintenance Technician 🛠️
Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver looking to kickstart your career in the exciting world of security? We're on the hunt for motivated individuals to join our team and install, service, and maintain cutting-edge integrated security systems. 🚀
What you'll be doing:
- Installing a variety of integrated security systems, making sure everything is spot-on with customer specs, and keeping everyone safe by following health & safety rules. 👷
- Handling service calls, diagnosing faults, and keeping security products like Dahua & Ajax in top shape on existing CCTV and intruder detection systems, all while sticking to the latest safety guidelines. 🚨
- Chatting with customers professionally and courteously, sorting out any issues they have quickly and effectively. 🗣️
- Teaming up with colleagues to make sure installations are smooth, efficient, and done right on time. 🤝
- Working with our General Manager, Operations team, and Remote Video Response Centre (RVRC) folks to boost the number of service and maintenance visits, ensuring all work meets our high standards. 📈
- Collaborating with the Technical Service team to fix issues on the first visit, even using remote diagnostics when possible. 💻
- Keeping your van and unit stock organized, replenishing what you use, and returning any faulty or unused items promptly. 📦
- Smashing your daily, weekly, and monthly job-related targets and keeping the management team in the loop if any challenges pop up. ✅
- Taking direction from the Operations team and General Manager to get the job done. 👍
- Communicating clearly, both by talking and writing, with everyone inside and outside the business – customers and colleagues alike. ✉️
- Representing Davis Site Security with professionalism and a great attitude, always. 😎
- Reporting any near misses or accidents straight to the General Manager. ⚠️

Key responsibilities
