Job Title: Plant & Equipment Maintenance Technician 🛠️

What you'll be doing:

  • Diagnose & Repair: Become a master of fault-finding and fixing issues across a variety of plant, equipment, and services. 🕵️‍♂️
  • Build & Install: Get involved in manufacturing, assembling, erecting, and installing new work, plus making those small but important improvements. You'll ensure everything meets our high safety standards and trust guidelines. 🏗️
  • Preventative Care: Conduct planned preventative maintenance to keep everything in tip-top shape and comply with all legal requirements. 📅
  • Safety Inspections: Perform statutory inspections and tests on plant, equipment, and services to guarantee their safe operation and adherence to current standards. ✅
  • Tool Mastery: Utilize all relevant tools and equipment expertly and correctly. 🔧
  • Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate effectively with others, sharing insights about your work and any challenges you face. 🗣️
  • Follow the Plans: Work from drawings and specifications, with guidance when needed. 📏

Key responsibilities

  • Diagnose, fault find, and repair faults on a wide range of plant, equipment and services.
  • Manufacture, assemble, erect, install and test new work including minor improvements.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance to statutory requirements.
  • Carry out statutory inspections and testing of plant, equipment and services.
  • Use all relevant tools and equipment as necessary and correctly.
