What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering exceptional care, always focusing on individual needs.
  • Contributing to and updating care plans. 📝
  • Supporting new team members as they learn the ropes. 🤝
  • Getting to grips with our rota systems.
  • Assisting with medication when you're trained and authorised. 💊
  • Communicating with families, healthcare pros, and other services. 📞
  • Keeping accurate records and reporting on health and well-being. 📊
  • Supporting individuals with various complex needs, including dementia, learning disabilities, and physical impairments.
  • Championing safeguarding, ensuring vulnerable individuals are protected. ❤️
  • Travelling between clients' homes (mileage reimbursed!). 🚗
  • Attending training, workshops, and completing your Level 3 Apprenticeship in Adult Care. 🎓

As you progress, you'll take on more responsibility and work towards becoming a Senior Care Worker or Supervisor. 🌟
