What You'll Be Doing:

- Being an active player in creating and updating care plans. 📝
- Mentoring and supporting new colleagues who are shadowing you. 🤝
- Getting skilled up on our essential rota systems. 🗓️
- Safely administering or assisting with medication (once you're trained and authorised!). 💊
- Connecting with families, healthcare pros, and other agencies. 📞
- Keeping accurate records, monitoring well-being, and reporting on it. 📊
- Supporting individuals with diverse needs, like dementia, learning disabilities, or physical impairments. 💪
- Championing safeguarding, stepping in quickly to protect vulnerable people. 🛡️
- Travelling between clients' homes (your mileage will be reimbursed! 🚗💨)
- Attending training sessions, workshops, and smashing your off-job apprenticeship learning. 📚
Level 3 Apprentice Perks:
As a Level 3 apprentice, you'll level up your responsibilities, stepping into roles that involve providing and coordinating care. You'll be working towards your Level 3 Apprenticeship in Adult Care, paving the way for exciting senior positions like Lead Care Worker or Supervisor. 🌟

Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs

- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
- Record, monitor, and report on health and well-being
