Your Role Will Involve:
- Being a team player in planning, monitoring, and evaluating activities for little ones aged 0-5. 🧸
- Taking responsibility for the care and education of children within a key person framework. 💖
- Helping to create a stimulating and appropriate environment, including layout, resources, displays, and ensuring equal opportunities. 🌈
- Assisting with daily, weekly, and monthly nursery checks. ✅
- Crucially, ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of children in your room at all times. 🛡️
- Working according to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Statutory Framework. 📚
- Supporting qualified staff with daily nursery routines. ✨
- Learning nursery nurse skills on the job, practically contributing as part of the team. 💪
- Mastering how to provide top-notch childcare. ⭐
- Understanding the vital importance of safety and your role in it. 💯
- Always being supervised when with the children. 🤝
- Gaining a solid grasp of child development and its importance in care. 🧠
- Contributing to and completing children's observations and records as needed. ✍️
