• Be the first friendly face, welcoming patients and helping them with appointments. 👋
• Handle patient questions with professionalism and a smile. 😊
• Get our surgeries prepped and sterile-ready, keeping everything super clean and infection-free to CQC standards. 🧼
• Be the clinician's right hand during treatments and keep patient records spot-on, GDPR style. ✍️
• Make sure patients feel comfortable, reassured, and have the best dental journey possible. 💖
• Keep an eye on supplies, equipment, and make sure our surgeries are always good to go. 📦
• Maintain clean, safe, and fully stocked clinical spaces. 💯
• Always protect patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality. 🤫
• Team up with dentists and the crew to deliver safe, slick, and top-tier dental care. 🤝

Key responsibilities

• Provide chairside support to clinicians
• Manage patient interactions, including welcoming and enquiries
• Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control
• Accurately update patient records and ensure GDPR compliance
