Vineyard Operations – The core of our work:

• Operate vineyard tractors and machinery safely and efficiently, including spraying, mowing, cultivation, and trimming.
• Perform vineyard operations such as pruning, tying down, canopy management, crop thinning, and harvest activities.
• Maintain accurate spray, machinery, and vineyard records.
• Assist with equipment servicing, preventative maintenance, routine checks, and maintain cleanliness.
• Uphold health, safety, and environmental compliance.
