This is your chance to learn the ins and outs of how employee expenses are managed, and you'll be using our cutting-edge expense claim system daily. ๐ป
What You'll Be Doing:
- Becoming a pro at reviewing employee expense submissions. ๐ง
- Making sure expense claims are on the up-and-up, matching company rules and budgets. โ
- Lending a hand in managing corporate credit card costs and verifying approvals. ๐ณ
- Scrutinizing supplier invoices and getting them ready for payment. ๐งพ
- Helping onboard new suppliers by doing thorough due diligence (think accurate bank and business details!). ๐ค
- Keeping our expense records super clear and accurate. ๐
- Being the go-to person for employee expense questions. ๐โโ๏ธ
- Collaborating with awesome teams across the business, including our payments crew. ๐งโ๐คโ๐ง
- Being our eyes and ears for missing info or any hiccups, escalating to the Accounts Payable Manager when needed. ๐
