Get ready to join meetings with underwriters, insurers, brokers, and clients to see how the magic of relationships and negotiations happens! 🤝 We'll also have you reviewing insurer responses and keeping our brokers and clients in the loop. 💬 Plus, you'll be a wizard with invoices and providing top-notch admin support to make sure everything runs smoothly. 🚀 This is a fast-paced gig where you'll be working with numbers and crushing tasks with accuracy. 💯
Key responsibilities
- Support the team in preparing and sending insurance submissions to insurers
- Help create insurance slips
- Attend meetings with underwriters, insurers, brokers and clients
- Support the team in reviewing insurers' responses and sharing information
- Process invoices and provide accurate administrative support
