- Being part of creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for every child. ๐
- Assisting with personal care routines like toileting, nappy changes, handwashing, and mealtimes, when needed. ๐งผ
- Cheering on kids to be more independent, confident, and great at socialising. ๐
- Noticing children's interests, development, and progress, and helping to keep track of it. ๐
- Sparking children's learning through play, encouraging their curiosity, creativity, and exploration. ๐ฑ
- Following all our safety, health, confidentiality, and behaviour policies. ๐ฏ
- Being a brilliant team player and contributing to a positive vibe in the nursery. ๐
- Helping to keep our indoor and outdoor learning areas clean, tidy, and inviting. ๐งน
- Chatting with parents/carers and other professionals as guided by senior staff. ๐ฃ๏ธ
- Attending training sessions and completing all your apprenticeship coursework and assessments. ๐
- Taking charge of your own professional growth and embracing feedback to get even better. ๐ช

Key responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development
- Build positive, caring and respectful relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues
- Help provide a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all children
- Follow the setting's safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality and behaviour policies
- Attend training and complete all required apprenticeship learning and assessments
