Your Role Will Involve:
- Championing Child Development: Ensuring the educational, social, physical, emotional, health, and welfare needs of children are always met, following best practices. π
- Engaging & Inspiring: Getting actively involved in children's activities to spark their curiosity and extend their learning in fun and creative ways. π
- Building Positive Relationships: Demonstrating genuine sensitivity and empathy towards children and their families. β€οΈ
- Welcoming New Faces: Assisting with the smooth admission and induction of new children into our setting. π
- Keeping Things Tidy & Organized: Helping to maintain essential records to meet internal, EYDCP, and Ofsted requirements. π
- Safety First! Taking an active role in promoting excellent health and safety practices and responding effectively to any issues that arise. π‘οΈ
- Continuous Improvement: Participating in training and meetings as requested by the management team to keep your skills sharp and your knowledge current. π§
- Team Player: Performing any other duties as requested by the management team that align with the general nature of the role. π€
