What You'll Be Doing:

• Keep the freight process flowing smoothly and on time – no delays! ⏱️
• Track and trace shipments like a pro, reporting on progress. 📊
• Master our export and import dashboards to stay on top of everything. 💻
• Handle billing accurately and promptly – money matters! 💰
• Build and maintain awesome relationships with our clients and partners. 😊
• Always follow the rules – internal policies and government regulations. ✅
• Understand our processes and find ways to make things even better and faster. 💡
• Respond to emails and requests super fast, both internally and externally. 📧
• Know when to flag issues to management. 🚨
• Prepare customs entries using our software. 🛂
• Understand and follow Import & Export customs Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Enter data into our systems accurately and on time. ✍️
• Ensure shipments clear customs quickly.
• Monitor customs clearances and keep our customers in the loop. 🗣️
