What you'll be doing:

• Be the ultimate guide: Offer top-notch advice and support to our customers, helping them find exactly what they need. 💡
• Create a vibe: Give every customer a warm and friendly welcome the moment they step through our doors. 👋
• Master the flow: Efficiently handle customer orders from start to finish. 🛍️
• Phone pro: Answer incoming calls to the store promptly and professionally, providing excellent service over the phone. 📞
• Keep 'em in the loop: Inform customers about the status of their hearing aids or glasses, whether they're ready for pickup or experiencing a slight delay. 👂👓
