What You'll Be Doing:

• Nurturing & Caring: Ensuring the health and well-being of every child. This includes feeding and changing babies 🍼, and supervising meals for our older kiddos 🍎.
• Engaging Activities: Leading fun and educational games 🎨, preparing exciting learning environments 📚, and assisting with memorable trips 🚌.
• Supporting Growth: Championing children's personal, social, and emotional development 🤗, and sparking their curiosity through engaging interactions.
• Observing & Documenting: Keeping a keen eye on children's progress and skills, and maintaining clear records to share with parents 📝.
• Connecting with Families: Welcoming children and their parents with a friendly smile 👋 and communicating effectively about their child's day.
• Continuous Learning: Participating in classes and workshops 🧑‍🎓, completing assignments, and staying up-to-date with the latest in childcare best practices.
• Team Collaboration: Attending team meetings and training sessions to share ideas and grow together 🤝.
