• Staying in the know: Keeping up-to-date with the latest in pharmacy practice, new medications, and how they work. 💡
• Keeping it locked down: Respecting and maintaining the confidentiality of all information about customers, colleagues, company policies, and data, in line with GDPR. 🔒

Key responsibilities

• Dealing with customer requests and queries, both in person and over the phone
• Liaising with doctors' surgeries and other healthcare professionals
• Completing coursework in a timely manner
• Keeping up to date with current pharmacy practice, new drugs and their uses
• Respecting and maintaining confidentiality of information
