- Apprenticeship Commitment: Youβre dedicated to completing your apprenticeship and working within our Finance Directorate. π―
- Location: Based at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby. π
Your Role Will Involve:
- Supporting the production of costing information for national returns and internal decisions. π
- Assisting with workflow development and ensuring data accuracy. β
- Analyzing financial and activity information. π
- Entering data into our costing software. β¨οΈ
- Preparing reconciliations using various systems. π
- Adhering strictly to guidelines and policies. π

Key responsibilities
- Support the production of valuable costing information for national returns and internal decision making.
- Assist in the development of workflows and data quality to ensure source data is accurate, complete, timely and fit for purpose.
- Assist in the analysis of financial and activity information and the data entry within the Group's costing software.
- Prepare finance and activity reconciliations using the finance ledger, activity monitoring reports, and costing software.
- Support Senior Finance Officers as and when required.
Entry requirements
Essential qualifications (Essential Minimum of five GCSEs (Grades A C, or Grade 4 and above including Maths and English) Willingness to study for AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) Desirable Develop skills as needed)
