About the Role
As an End User Support Apprentice, you'll be a crucial player on our EUS squad, providing awesome IT support to all our UK business users through our Service Desk. Your mission:
- Log, troubleshoot, and fix tech issues. 🛠️
- Handle service requests like a pro. ✅
- Support users via phone and chat – you'll be their tech hero! 🦸
- Team up with the wider EUS and other IS teams. 🤝
- Keep everything secure and by the book. 🔒

Your Apprenticeship Adventure
This is an 18-month Level 3 ICT apprenticeship, delivered virtually. You'll gain a solid understanding of IT best practices, skills, and knowledge. You'll learn to diagnose issues, provide support, and master the tools and processes needed in a dynamic IT environment. One day a week is dedicated to your studies, and the other four are for hands-on experience in our IT/IS team.

Entry Requirements
- 5 GCSEs at grades 9-4 (A*-C), including English and Maths.
- Sorry, if you already have a degree, this programme isn't for you.
Important Security Stuff 🛡️
Due to the nature of our work, all roles require security clearance. You’ll need the permanent right to work in the UK and be able to pass UK Government security checks (BPSS and SC). This typically means living in the UK for the last five years. We'll ask for proof of your identity, right to work, and history.
