About the Role:
Our Services teams are the engine behind delivering top-notch services to our customers worldwide. As a Service Delivery Manager Apprentice, you'll be a key player in coordinating and delivering services for Thales' internal and external customers. Think managing everything from spare parts and repairs to ensuring capabilities are always ready. You'll be the crucial link between our customers and our UK Services operational teams, focused on exceeding expectations and delighting our clients. 🤝 Customer relationships are everything here – we want you to anticipate needs and offer solutions that add serious value.

Your Apprenticeship Journey:
You'll study for a Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship, delivered virtually with live lectures, 1-2-1 coaching, online resources, and self-directed learning. It's the perfect blend of academic knowledge and practical skills. 💻
Entry Requirements:
- 2 A Levels (Grade C or above) in any subject OR equivalent Level 3 qualification (e.g., BTEC Diploma MM, T Level Merit, Level 3 Apprenticeship).
- 5 GCSEs (Grade 9-4 / A-C) including English and Maths.
- *Please note:* If you already have a relevant degree, this programme isn't for you.
