About the Role:
As an End User Support Apprentice, you'll be a key player in our EUS squad, providing essential IT support to all our UK business users. Your mission? To keep our systems running smoothly! đ§
What You'll Be Doing:
- Logging, troubleshooting, and resolving IT incidents. đ
- Assisting users with their IT queries and service requests. đââď¸đââď¸
- Managing IT stock and equipment. đŚ
- Setting up new laptops and desktops. đĽď¸
- Deploying software and mobile devices. đą

The Apprenticeship Programme:
Enrol in a Level 3 ICT apprenticeship, delivered virtually over 18 months. You'll build a solid foundation in IT, learning to diagnose issues, support users, and navigate the tools and processes of a professional IT environment. You'll have one dedicated day per week for your studies and four days to apply your new skills in our IT/IS team.

Entry Requirements:
- Academics: 5 Standards or National 5s at Grade C or above, including English and Maths. đ
- Residency: Be a resident in Scotland on or before August 1, 2027, and for the entire duration of the programme. đ´ó §ó ˘ó łó Łó ´ó ż
- Exclusion: Applicants who already hold a relevant degree are not eligible. đŤ
