What you'll be doing:

• 📞 Daily Customer Outreach: Connect with a dedicated list of trade customers, fostering strong relationships and growing their accounts.
• 🤝 Become a Trusted Advisor: Be the main point of contact, offering expert advice and solutions.
• 💡 Showcase New Products: Introduce exciting new products, promotions, and cutting-edge solutions in the security and hardware space.
• 📈 Spot Opportunities: Identify potential for growth and collaborate with our external sales team for seamless introductions and support.
• ✍️ Process & Plan: Handle order processing, create quotes, and diligently follow up on all inquiries.
• 💻 Keep it Organized: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activity on our system.
• 👥 Team Player: Support the internal sales team with essential administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Contacting trade customers and developing relationships
