What you'll be doing:

  • Mastering the Mails: Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence, managing telephone enquiries, and processing post like a pro. ✉️📞
  • Digital Dynamo: Scanning documents, creating and distributing simple reports – you'll be our go-to for getting information out there. 📄
  • Meeting Maestro: From booking rooms and crafting agendas to taking precise minutes and keeping track of action points, you'll orchestrate seamless meetings. 🗓️✅
  • Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Spotting scheduling conflicts or admin hiccups and taking swift action or escalating when needed. 🤔
  • Data Guardian: Maintaining our divisional records and data systems with absolute accuracy, ensuring everything is up-to-date and compliant with policies, Information Governance, and GDPR. 🔒
  • Roster Rockstar: Supporting the administration of rosters for our senior nursing staff, making sure records are spot-on and submitted on time for payroll. 💯
  • Project Partner: Lending your administrative skills to service improvement initiatives and divisional projects, monitoring actions, managing documentation, and coordinating meetings. 💡
  • HR Ally: Assisting with HR-related tasks, including supporting investigations and formal meetings through confidential minute-taking and document management. 🤫
  • Workload Wizard: Juggling a busy workload, using your initiative to tackle routine issues and contributing to making our admin processes even better. ✨
  • Confidentiality Champion: Upholding the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service while supporting our leadership and the entire Division. 🤝
