What you'll be doing: Get ready to dive into the heart of our business! Your day-to-day will be all about keeping things running smoothly:
- Quote Master: You'll be logging and tracking all our awesome quotations in Re-flow and our internal systems. 📝
- Client Comms: Sending out those all-important quotations and fee proposals to our clients via email. 📧
- Chase Champion: Following up on outstanding quotations with a friendly phone call or email – persistence pays off! 📞
- Enquiry Expert: Responding to and logging all incoming enquiries from our website, phone, and email. 🌐
- Opportunity Seeker: Giving existing and potential customers a call to follow up on quotes and scout for new business. 🤩
- Feedback Fanatic: Following up on customer feedback and diligently recording the outcomes. 🤔
- Booking Boss: Booking jobs once quotations are accepted and securing those vital purchase orders. ✅
- New Account Navigator: Setting up new customer accounts and lending a hand with credit applications. 🤝
- Permit Pro: Assisting with crucial permit applications to highway authorities. 🚧
- Tender Team Support: Lending your skills to support our tender and framework submissions. 🏆
- Sales Squad Reporter: Collating quote conversion figures for our weekly sales report. 📊
How you'll make an impact: You'll be a vital part of our Commercial team, the engine that wins and secures work for TMO Highways. You'll work closely with our Planning and Operations teams, ensuring a seamless handover for project delivery. As an apprentice, you'll be instrumental in keeping quotations, bookings, and customer communication flowing. You'll often be the very first point of contact our customers have with TMO Highways – a super important role! ✨
Key responsibilities
- Logging and tracking all quotations in Re-flow and internal systems
- Emailing quotations and fee proposals to customers
- Following up and chasing outstanding quotations by phone and email
- Responding to and logging enquiries from our website, phone and email
- Calling existing and potential customers to follow up quotations and find new opportunities
