What you'll be doing:

• Nurturing and caring for children aged 0-5, helping them with their daily routines (think feeding, nappy changes, and toilet training – no fear, we've got your back! 😉).
• Team up with awesome colleagues to deliver top-notch care, making sure all our children shine according to the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. 🌟
• Get creative! Plan and provide fun, age-appropriate play activities that support each child's unique learning journey. 🎨
• Be a superhero! Your top priority is ensuring the safety and well-being of every child in your care. 🦸‍♀️
• Become a "Key Person" – building special bonds with a group of children and their families. 💖
• Watch and celebrate! Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development. 📈
• Create a magical environment where every child feels supported and inspired to explore. 🌈
• Build awesome relationships with parents and carers – strong partnerships are key! 🤝
• Be a team player, following our nursery's policies and procedures to the letter. 💯

What we're looking for:

• A genuine love for working with children – this is non-negotiable! ❤️
• Previous experience working with children is a must. 🤩
• Ideally, you'll have your Childcare Level 2 qualification already. ✅
