• Skill Up: Get two days of dedicated training per week, mastering the art of hairstyling. 🧠
• Salon Floor Ready: As your skills grow and meet our salon standards, you'll gradually step onto the salon floor. 🚀
• Mastering the Cut: Learn to use and adapt a variety of sectioning and cutting guidelines, from creative to precision techniques, to craft stunning hairstyles. ✂️
• Personalised Styling: Develop the ability to perform precision and personalized cuts, perfectly tailored to each client's unique features. 💁‍♀️
• Colour Mastery: Formulate imaginative and advanced colour conversion services to transform hair depth and tone. 🎨

Key responsibilities

• Use and adapt a range of sectioning and cutting guidelines, creative and precision techniques and technical skills to create and enhance hairstyle looks
• Carry out precision and personalised cutting tailored to individual client characteristics
• Formulate imaginative creative advanced colour conversion services to change the depth and tone of the hair
