• Be a dedicated Key Person for a small group of children in your designated room. You'll be their go-to person for care, support, and ensuring their learning and development flourishes with guidance from our qualified staff. 💖
• Help our amazing kids smash their learning objectives according to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)! You'll plan and observe their progress, working hand-in-hand with our experienced team. 🚀
• Craft awesome individual learning journeys that capture and celebrate each child's unique progress and development. 📝
• Dive deep into the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and become a pro at understanding its principles. 📚
• Create an engaging, fun, and totally age-appropriate learning environment packed with exciting activities that spark curiosity and learning in the children you care for. 🎨
• Get creative making and maintaining learning materials and resources that will wow our little learners. ✂️
• Keep a keen eye on the details, recording key information about each child's daily routine accurately within our nursery systems. 📊
• Be the bridge between nursery and home, providing daily feedback to parents on their child's routine and building strong, collaborative partnerships. 🤝
• Know our nursery's policies and procedures inside out and ensure they're put into action every single day. ✅
• Keep energy levels high by ensuring all children are continuously stimulated with a diverse range of activities, helping them reach their absolute full potential. 💪
• Lend a hand with daily nursery tasks, ensuring our space is always a safe, secure, and sparkling clean environment for everyone. 🧼
