  • Get surgeries prepped and ready to go, sterilise instruments 🧽, and keep our clinic super clean and safe, meeting all the right standards. 💯
  • Be right there with the clinician during treatments, capturing all the essential patient details accurately. 📝
  • Keep our patients comfortable, reassured, and ensure they have the best possible dental experience. 😊💖
  • Keep track of supplies and equipment, making sure our surgeries are always good to go. 📦
  • Maintain a spotless, safe, and fully equipped clinical environment. 🌟

Key responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians.
  • Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control.
  • Welcome patients, assist with appointment scheduling, and handle basic enquiries.
  • Accurately update patient records and uphold patient privacy and confidentiality in line with GDPR.
  • Collaborate with the wider team, including monitoring and managing stock and equipment.
