IT Support Apprentice 💻

Are you ready to dive into the world of tech and kickstart your career? We're looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join our awesome team! 🚀

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for our internal team and awesome customers, helping them out with techy problems via phone, email, Zendesk, and remote support. 📞📧
  • Keep track of all support requests, making sure we're fixing things super fast ⚡ and escalating anything tricky to the right people.
  • Become a troubleshooting ninja! 🥷 You'll be tackling issues with hardware, software, internet connections, logins, MFA, and our Clearcare system, using all the cool diagnostic tools.
  • Get hands-on with setting up and updating software, computers, and other gadgets. 🖱️
  • Keep everything super secure and private by following our important procedures. 🔒
  • Become a pro at using our tech guides and knowledge bases to figure things out and find solutions. 📚
  • Team up with the rest of the IT crew to level up your skills in networking, cloud tech, cybersecurity, and automation. 🌐
  • Crush your apprenticeship learning goals and bring those fresh skills to the job! ✨

Key responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to internal colleagues and external customers.
  • Log, manage and update support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and system issues.
  • Install, configure and update software, computers and peripherals.
  • Develop technical knowledge and apply new skills within the role.
