Ready to kickstart your career and earn while you learn? 🚀 Elliotts is looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice who's eager to dive into the world of building supplies and discover what makes a successful branch tick.

In this role, you'll be working towards your Apprenticeship with HTP Apprenticeship College while getting hands-on experience in:

• 🍞 Product Knowledge: Becoming a whiz with everything from timber and bricks to all the essential gear for any building project.
• 🤝 Customer Service: Serving our valued trade and home customers across the counter, over the phone, and via email.
• 💲 Quoting & Pricing: Accurately calculating prices and putting together quotes for our customers' jobs.
• 🚚 Yard Operations: Heading out into the yard to check in deliveries and help load up customers' orders.
• 🗺️ Logistics: Understanding how we plan deliveries and ensure materials reach sites on schedule.
• 📦 Stock Management: Learning the ins and outs of ordering stock and keeping our shelves stocked with what customers need.
• 📈 Branch Success: Discovering the secrets to a thriving branch, from keeping customers happy to managing profitability.
• 💼 Branch Management: Shadowing your Branch Manager to understand the day-to-day operations of a busy branch.
• 🌐 Team Collaboration: Connecting with other branches and teams across the Elliotts network.
