What you'll be doing:

• Planning, implementing, and supervising engaging child-initiated and adult-led activities that spark curiosity and align with each child's unique development and interests. 🧠🎨
• Contributing to the daily routines and care of our little ones, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. 🧸
• Taking on key person responsibilities, building strong bonds with children to ensure they feel secure, their developmental needs are met, and celebrating their progress with parents. 🤗
• Receiving dedicated guidance from your assigned tutor who will set your learning path and support you through your qualification. 🎓
• Having a nursery-based mentor to offer day-to-day support and practical advice as you grow in your role. 💪
