Early Years Practitioner 👶

Your Role Will Involve:

• Ensuring the educational, social, physical, emotional, health, and welfare needs of every child are consistently met, following all our policies, procedures, and systems. ✅
• Actively engaging in children's activities, sparking their curiosity and extending their learning journey. ✨
• Showing genuine sensitivity and care towards both the children and their families. ❤️
• Supporting the smooth admission and induction of new children into our setting. 🤝
• Maintaining accurate records in line with internal, E.Y.D.C.P, and Ofsted requirements. 📝
• Championing excellent health and safety practices throughout the facility. 🛡️
• Responding promptly and effectively to any health and safety concerns, reporting as needed. 🚨
• Participating in training sessions and meetings as requested by the management team. 🧑‍🏫
• Undertaking other duties that fall within the general scope of this role, as assigned by management. 🌟

Key responsibilities
