Customer Service & Automotive Administrator 🚗💨

Are you ready to dive into the fast-paced world of automotive care? We're on the hunt for a sharp and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Automotive Administrator. This role is crucial for keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers happy! 💯

What you'll be doing:

  • Handling Bookings: You'll be the first point of contact, scheduling customer vehicle repairs and services via phone calls and in-person visits. Think of yourself as the maestro of our appointment book! 🗓️📞
  • Preparing Job Cards & Files: After a customer books in their vehicle, you'll create the necessary job cards and files to get everything rolling. 📝
  • Maintaining Records: Keep our filing system shipshape! You'll manage job cards, invoices, and all related paperwork. A tidy system means happy mechanics and happy customers! 📂✨
  • Providing Progress Updates: Keep our customers in the loop! You'll provide vehicle progress reports when they request them, ensuring they know exactly what's happening with their ride. 🛣️
  • Payment Processing: Once the work is done, you'll handle customer payments. This includes attention to banking and security procedures, as well as managing payments related to insurance policies. 💰🔒
  • All-Round Administration: You'll be a whiz at handling all the relevant administrative tasks that keep our service department humming. 🐝
