Office Administrator Assistant 🚀

Are you looking to kickstart your career and gain valuable office experience? We're seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator Assistant! This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a wide range of administrative skills in a supportive environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Welcoming visitors and signing for deliveries 🤝
  • Answering calls from hotels and clients 📞
  • Making pre-arrival calls to hotels to confirm guest payment and allowance details ✅
  • Handling general office tasks like:
  • Photocopying, laminating, scanning, shredding, and binding documents 📄
  • Printing address labels 🏷️
  • Franking mail daily 📮
  • Monitoring and replenishing stock for stationery, cleaning supplies, and drinks ☕
  • Updating information for existing and potential member hotels and venues with towns and attractions 🗺️
  • Adding photos and data for member hotels to our website 💻
  • Maintaining and cleaning our current database ✨
  • Researching and identifying new properties to add to our database 🧐
  • Providing assistance in other departmental areas as needed 👍
  • Handling banking and running errands (a driving license is a bonus, but not essential!) 🚗

Key responsibilities

  • Meet and greet visitors and manage deliveries.
  • Answer incoming calls and conduct pre-arrival calls with hotels.

  • Monitor stock supplies and assist with banking or errands.
